About Us
AbleKids Therapy Service is an allied health practice located in the picturesque Geraldton, WA, a vibrant community on WA's Coral Coast. Enjoy a laidback lifestyle with our cafes, galleries, street art, and stunning surroundings, including the gorgeous coastline, wildflowers, and trails. We currently provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and psychology services. Our clients are primarily children with developmental delays and disabilities, though we serve clients of all ages. We support NDIS participants and private clients in achieving their goals using family-centred, evidence-based, and strengths-based approaches, while collaborating with other professionals. We also extend our services to remote areas in the Midwest region through direct provision and telehealth services. At AbleKids, we deliver a high standard of professionalism and are committed to evidence-based practice and a family-centred approach.
About the Position
Primarily involves the assessment and treatment of infants, pre-school, and school-aged children with developmental delays or difficulties in typical childhood occupations.
Opportunity to work with a varied paediatric caseload, including children with developmental coordination disorder, sensory processing difficulties, cerebral palsy, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Services are provided at the clinic and, when required or deemed more appropriate, at clients' homes, schools, kindergartens, and childcare centres.
Opportunity to provide services to remote areas in the Midwest through face-to-face and telehealth formats.
Manageable caseloads with planning and administration time included.
